Our application process is designed to help your family learn more about our programs and community and to help us get to know your family. Depending on the grade level of your applicant, there are different steps required to complete the process. Applications are due in January 2023 and supplemental forms and activities are due by February 2024. We are here to help you along the way and hope you will reach out with questions. We have listed our application steps below, but please visit your Ravenna account to view the specific requirements of your application process.

1. Attend Virtual Admissions Tour and/or Virtual Information Session
2. Submit your Application Form and Fee ($500) via Ravenna will be dedacted from school fee
3. Applicant playdate or student visit day **some events may be virtual during the 2023-24 admission season

Admissions Decisions

Decisions will be mailed to families in March.

Should you receive a letter of acceptance, in order to guarantee a place for your child, you will be required to return the Enrollment Agreement within 10 days of its mailing along with a registration deposit.

Any spaces in the school that have not been filled after the 10-day return period will then be made available to wait pooled applicants, one at a time on a rolling basis. This rolling admissions policy will continue until the beginning of school in early September, depending on space availability in each class.
